Frédéric Gaillarde has been working as a Patent Attorney for over 25 years. Frédéric is an engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationales des Ponts & Chaussées and the Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle, a French and European Patent Attorney, an Expert in patents with the Paris Court of Appeal, and a Judge with the Unified Patent Court. After gaining experience in the field of engineering, Frédéric joined the regulated profession of French and European Patent Attorney, which he has been practicing in a firm since 1997. He was a partner in one of the leading industrial property consulting firms for over 10 years, in charge of major accounts and SMEs.

Independent-minded and an entrepreneur at heart, Frédéric founded his own firm in 2018. He provides tailor-made, agile and pragmatic advice to his Clients who wish to file utility patents in particular.
